In the course of re-organization of the Medical Management Department, I found myself with an open case manager (CM) position and a deadline to fill the position prior to implementing a Disease Management program. I worked with Goahead Solutions to find a candidate on a temporary assignment so that I could increase my search time and still get the program started.
