Jaime Mendoza

Founder & CEO

​

Jaime Mendoza is Founder & CEO of GoAhead Solutions. Mr. Mendoza oversees GoAhead Solutions’ strategic planning for the company’s three business units of professional services, outsourcing, and Oracle software sales. Mr. Mendoza credits his leadership and management expertise to his experience as a serial entrepreneur, business development manager, and successful recruiter. As a serial entrepreneur, Mr. Mendoza has owned and operated a variety of service and product companies in wireless telecommunications, specialty foods, and beauty. In his leadership role as a business development manager and recruiter at IT Consulting and recruiting firms The Adderley Group and TechPartners International (acquired by Harvey Nash Group), Mr. Mendoza consistently led top sales and successfully placed personnel into contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles for client companies such as Cisco Systems, Wells Fargo Bank, and Sun Microsystems. Mr. Mendoza’s contribution of $5+ million in cumulative sales revenue at these respective companies earned him Top Producer awards. Mr. Mendoza earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from California State University, Chico.

Mr. Mendoza is a member of the Northern California Minority Supplier Development Council (NCMSD). GoAhead Solutions is certified by the NCMSD as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE). Mr. Mendoza is also an active member of the Chief Operating Officer’s Forum.

Mr. Mendoza is an advocate of community and philanthropy. He helps local communities by renovating and restoring houses to create homes for families.

Larry Jergensen

Vice President of Operations

​

Larry Jergensen is Vice President of Operations at GoAhead Solutions. Mr. Jergensen manages Operations, Finance and Human Resources. Prior to joining GoAhead Solutions, Mr. Jergensen was IT Manager at UDLP (now BAE Systems) where he managed multi-site teams across different divisions. Mr. Jergensen was consistently awarded “Key Employee” over his five year career at UDLP. Previous to UDLP, Mr. Jergensen spent ten years at FMC Corporation where he began as a Software Engineer and later became Senior Financial Systems Analyst, responsible for financial, decision support and human resources functions. Larry earned his Bachelor of Science degree with concentration of studies in Business Administration and Computer Science from the University of Illinois – Champaign/Urbana and Northern Illinois University.

Mike Rutkowski

Regional Director - East

Mike Rutkowski is Regional Director of GoAhead Solutions’ East Coast region. Mr. Rutkowski manages business development and client management for GoAhead Solutions’ outsourcing and recruiting business units. He has held various leadership positions where has contributed over $20+ million in cumulative sales revenue at Edge Systems, Silverline/Megasys Technologies Services, and Atlantis Software. Mr. Rutkowski studied at Cleveland State University and earned his Associate degree in Business Administration. Mr. Rutkowski is a Trustee at the Wedgewood Park Homeowners Association.
