Jaime Mendoza, President and CEO [BACK

Jaime is a born entrepreneur with 10 plus years of
sales, marketing and operational experience. At GoAhead
Solutions he is responsible for operational, business
development and financial functions.
Prior to founding GoAhead Solutions, Jaime served as
senior account manager, IT consulting services, for
TechPartners Intl., a leading provider of recruiting
and consulting services. He was responsible for account
management and recruiting for the Sun Microsystems account
and new business development. In one years time Mendoza
placed 25 plus consultants and 10 full time employees
generating well over $1 M in gross revenues at Sun Microsystems.
He also developed several Pre-IPO and Fortune 500 accounts,
including CSAA and Wells Fargo.
Previous to TPI, Mendoza was a senior technical recruiter
for The Adderley Group in Palo Alto, CA. He was responsible
for business development/recruiting and quickly became
a key revenue driver within the organization.
Past sales and marketing positions include: Senior
Account Executive for NexTel Communications; founder
of Extreme Salon and Pacific Coast Distributing.
Jaime received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration,
cum laude, from California State University at Chico.

Mike Rutkowski, Regional Director Eastern Division

Mike comes to GoAhead with over 12 years of consulting
experience. Mike has held positions including Vice President
of Marketing and Direct of Sales & Marketing for
several top corporation in the IT staffing field.
Mike started in the consulting business with Edge Systems.
His responsibility was to bring in new business specializing
on the retail side. Mike was successful in developing
business with Hills Departments Stores, Value City Department
Stores, Schottenstein Stores, Drug Emporium, to name
a few.
Mike became the Director of Sales for Megasys Software
Services where in 3 years he developed an Actuate Practice,
Clarify, and WebLogic practices. He was responsible
for hiring all potential IT staff and in his last year
at Megasys, interview over 600 potential employees.
Mike was instrumental in taking the Megasys revenue
from $3.8 Million to $18.5 Million during a 3 plus year
time span.
Shortly after Silverline Technologies purchased Megasys,
Mike became the Director of Sales and Marketing for
a small start up company, Atlantis Software. In the
two years with Atlantis, Mike took the business from
$200,000 to $1,600,000 and did this during a time when
the IT Staff Augmentation business was on a decline.
Mike was also responsible for developing another division
of Atlantis Software, that being eSkribe, a Medical
Transcription Provider. In one year revenues increased
from a few thousand dollars to over $800,000 and growing.
